What is the difference between your lights and the lights we can get from other Retailers?
Flexi-Star Christmas Lights have an extremely long life, the bulbs have a 28000 hr life, Flexi-Star Lights & Flexilight Lights have New Zealand Safety Authority and overseas Safety Authority to be used inside and outside.
Bazaa is the only lighting company to use there own Christmas Lights on their own house, have you ever seen other Retailers with Lights going on their displays or buildings. If one bulb blows how many bulbs will go out?
If one bulb on the Flexi-Star Lights does blow only one bulb will go out. If the Flexilight Rope Light does falter a section of 2 metres will go out, but can be easily replaced by cutting and joining by using instructions on the box.
How long are they?
Flexi-Star Fairy Lights come in lengths between 5 metres and 15 metres, Net Lights come in 2 metre x 2 metre or 2 metre x 1 metre but different shapes can be ordered, Curtains are 2 metre x 3.1 metre but are extendable, Flexi-Star Extendable Lights are 6 Metre 0r 12 Metre, Icicle Lights are 5 Metre. Because of amount of bulbs and thickness of wires longer lengths are not safe and can cause fires due to too much current going down the wires. Curtains and Flexi-Star Extendable have been specially made to be extendable.
Flexilight Ropelights come in lengths between 10 metres - 200 metres and can be cut in even number lengths after 10 metres.
What does extendable mean?
Extendable means that the lights have been specially made with thicker wire and a male and female waterproof connector on each end of the lights so more can be added. The Flexi-Star Extendable Lights can be connected up to 360 metres, Curtains can be connected up to 20 metre long.

Flexi-Star Christmas Lights have 28000-hour life
Flexilight Ropelight has 34000-hour life
What colours are the wires?
The Flexi-Star Christmas Lights have green wire, the Icicles have a white / clear wire. Different Colours can be ordered in large numbers.
What colours are the bulbs?
Flexi-Star Christmas Light bulbs mainly come in Clear / White or Multi-Coloured (Red, Green, Yellow) but any other colours can be ordered in cartons of 10 including Blue, Green, Red, Yellow or Orange
Flexilight Ropelight comes in Clear / White, Red, Green, Purple, Orange, Yellow, Red & Green or Multi-Coloured most are in stock.
What is a Ropelight made out of?
Flexilight Ropelight is made out of a special PVC plastic that has a special UV coating to make it a long lasting outdoor light this a world first this is specially made for outdoors with Safety Authority around the world, great for pubs, clubs and businesses.
Can you deliver?
Christmas Lighting can be delivered anywhere in New Zealand using NZ Post, Fastways or Roadfreightors. The Standard cost will be $5 or $10 depending on size and urgency. All lighting will be checked before it is sent out.
Can you make specialised motifs?
We can make specially designed Motifs but they must be ordered, either send us a picture of what you would like made or send us a description
What are the motifs made out of? ?
Flexilight Motifs are made with a strong Solid Steel frame similar to a picture frame; these frames are long lasting and easy to hang outside your home or business or in your shop window. The picture is made out Flexilight Ropelight, which will last for 34000 hours and will glow and sometimes make the figure move. The Motifs are made for Indoor & Outdoor use. The motifs are New Zealand Safety Approved and plug straight into a power socket without transformers. Very easy to use and set up.
Do the lights have guarantees?
Flexi-Star and Flexilight Ropelight have back to base guarantees to Flexilight NZ, which must be filled out and sent back before replacement lights will be sent out. If the Lights have tampered with or misused the guarantee will be null in void.

What is a controller?
A controller is a multi-mode box, which allows certain lights to flash chase and dim. A controller can come attached to Flexi-Star Christmas Lights 5 metres – 15 metres, Flexi-Star Net Lights and Flexi-Star Icicles.
A special Heavy Duty controller is required for Flexilight Ropelight that can be used for 10 metres to 200 metres these have sound activated Microphones inserted to make the lights flash and chase to the sound of you favourite CD and has preset chasing and flashing modes for you to choose from. A 10-metre roll will come with its own mini controller with only preset modes.
Controllers must be kept under cover or in plastic bags to stop water getting in them. Special outdoor controller have just been invented and are on their way.
Do, they need a transformer to plug into the power?
Flexi-Star Christmas Lights & Flexilight Ropelight require no transformers they have a simple New Zealand Safety Approved Plug which plugs straight into the power plug.
What is the power supply (wattage)?
Flexi-Star Christmas Lights & Flexilight Ropelight both use 220 – 240 V power supply (New Zealand standard supply)
